Balochistan: Nine abducted including a teenager

Kech Balochistan was abducted by Pakistani Intelligence agencies from Turbat airport, when he came to see off his son, who was to fly.

On the same day, in Pasni district Gwadar, Balochistan, around 5 AM pakistan time, the security forces and intelligence agencies abducted Ilahi Bakhsh Yaqub, resident of Bazwaja, Kulanch district Gwadar, Balochistan.

From the same area of Pasni, On 21 May 2017, security forces abducted, Asif Nazir, a resident of Ward no. 6 and Rehan Riaz, a resident of Ward no. 1 of Pasani, district Gwadar, Balochistan.

Rehan Riaz, released after three days, on 24 May 2017, but the whereabouts of Asif Nazir are still unknown.

 

On 22 May 2017, Pakistani Security forces started a military operation in Sholig village of Dasht district Kech, Balochistan. Tahir Allah Bakhsh, resident of Sholig was abducted during this operation.
On 21 May 2017, Pakistani security forces abducted Ali Akbar Akram, resident of Hozzai, Mand district Kech, Balochistan, when he was travelling in a bus from Karachi to his Hometown Mand, Balochistan. Security Forces stopped the passenger bus on Dokop FC check post and abducted Ali Akbar.

Ali is brother of Adnan Akram, who was abducted, on 30 June 2012, by security forces from Kahnek area of Mand, district Kech, Balochistan and his tortured body was found in Malir region of Karachi, Sindh, on 26 January 2013.

 

 

Separately, from Gramkan district Panjgur, Pakistan’s security forces abducted Wasim son of Malik Abrar, a famous Balochi Poet.

On 20 May 2017, security forces raided Kallag area of Sami district Kech, Balochistan, and abducted seventeen years old Israr Sher Mohammad. Women and children protested in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office against the abduction, but it went unnoticed.

On the same day, security forces attacked Karki village of Tijaban district Kech, Balochistan and abducted Master Siraj. Security Forces set ablaze the house of Shakir Durra, a local resident of Karki village of Tijaban, district Kech, Balochistan.

Forces severely tortured women and children during these operations, according to reports. The abductees have been shifted to unknown location and their whereabouts are still unknown to their families
