The spokesperson of Balochistan Liberation Front Goharam Baloch, called media houses from an unknown location and claimed responsibilities of attacks in different areas of Balochistan.
Goharam Baloch said, on April 22th, 2018 BLF fighters attacked Pakistani army outpost on PTCL tower with automatic weapons in Mahi area of Mashkai. Two army personnel were killed and several injured.
In an other attack, BLF fighters attacked Pakistan army camp with automatic weapons and rocket-propelled grenades in Tajaban district Kech, Three army personnel were killed and two injured as result of attack. This area is situated on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and there are several checkpoints. These checkpoints are established to secure the Frontiers Works Organisation (FWO), a construction company of Pakistan army and also to support military operations in area when needed.
He added, on the name of security checking, army personnel humiliate and assault local population on these checkpoints. Because of this, thousands of families have been displaced and migrated from the region. That’s why a humanitarian crisis has developed.
Goharam Baloch said, due to lack of interest by Human rights organisations, Judiciary, journalist and blackout by media houses, the humanitarian crisis is getting worse with each day.
