Buleda: 11 persons including minors disappeared in military raids

At least 11 persons, including two minors, have been ‘forcibly disappeared’ in two military raids conducted in Kech,Buleda Balochistan.

 Pakistani security forces carried out raids in Buleda Sallo, early on Monday morning and cordoned off the locality.

During the house to house search operation, 4 persons were detained, who were later taken to undisclosed locations. The detainees were identified as two brothers Akhtar Azeem and Akbar Azeem and two others named as Zubair s/o Jumma and Yasir s/o Jaleel.

In a separate raid conducted in Menaz,Buleda at least seven persons were disappeared. These include two minors, 10-year-old boy identified as Amjad s/o Saleem and 13-year-old Jameel s/o Dad Mohammad.

Other abductees of Menaz, Buleda were identified as Nawaz s/o Ghulam Jan and Abdullah s/o Saeed. The identity of other three missing persons is yet to be ascertained.

According to Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), the campaign group by families of victims, more than 40,000 Baloch men, women, and children are under Pakistani custody.
